⚡ September 13, 2017 – This is my “first” test of those solar panels made by Uxcell and sold through Amazon (Mohoo seems to be exactly the same). I attached them to my clothes drying rack with orange Nite Ize “GearTie” reusable rubber twist ties (available at Lowe’s or Home Depot). The clothes drying rack is quite lightweight (along with the solar panels). Combined weight is about 6 pounds (one finger elevator!) . I have some brick pavers to hold down the rack. You can use tent stakes or whatever to keep it grounded and prevent tip over. I don’t foresee this clothes drying rack (with the panels attached) doing very nicely in the wind at all. Kinda like a heavy butterfly effect…there she goes! I saw over 73 watts (5.5 amps) of power going in my own battery. Coincidentally, my Renogy 100w mono panels were producing about 62 watts per panel. So, about 11% better with those panels that are flexi. I am sold! However, time will tell if they hold up. I know a lot of men are using them . Would think that they should do okay. Here are some product links below with other stuff, pricing, and specifications:
